Falls Church is a small, incorporated city sharing a border with Arlington and Fairfax County. A quaint downtown full of character with locally owned businesses and a wide-variety of restaurants and cuisines, it also has modern retail and residential communities of mixed-use space. Well-located for those commuting, I-66 is very close and I-495 (the Beltway) and Route 50 are also nearby with two Metro stations.
