Falls Church City

Falls Church is a small, incorporated city sharing a border with Arlington and Fairfax County. A quaint downtown full of character with locally owned businesses and a wide-variety of restaurants and cuisines, it also has modern retail and residential communities of mixed-use space. Many people gravitate to Falls Church for its small town feel, a rarity in Metro D.C.

Well-located for those commuting, I-66 is very close and I-495 (the Beltway) and Route 50 are also nearby with two Metro stations.

High rise condos and townhouses are mixed among single family homes such as Cape Cods, Colonials and ramblers. Prices range from $300 and up for condos, upper $500’s to $1 million-plus for townhouses and upper $500’s to $1.5 million-plus for detached homes.
