Located on the Western edge of Alexandria just outside the Capital Beltway, Kingstowne offers numerous commuter options to Fort Belvoir, the Pentagon and Washington D.C., as well as easy access to I-395 and I-495 and two Metro stations (Springfield and Van Dorn stations).
